Followership Is Part of Leadership

Followership often gets treated like the opposite of leadership, but children show us why that thinking is incomplete. They learn by watching, listening, copying, practicing, and following the people around them. In this post, I explore why healthy followership is an important leadership skill and why childhood is one of the best places to begin teaching it.
