Dr. Lexus Drakeford, PhD, MPH

Dr. Lexus Drakeford has dedicated her life to helping people grow—professionally, personally, and purposefully. As a first-generation college graduate and the first doctor in her family, she knows what it means to break barriers and build a legacy from the ground up.

After serving in the U.S. Navy and leading teams in healthcare, Dr. Drakeford pursued her PhD in Leadership Studies. She completed her dissertation while holding her newborn son, Quincy—a moment that inspired her to make leadership education accessible to every child, family, and community.

Today, she combines her experience in education, public health, and leadership development to create programs that empower the next generation with courage, confidence, and compassion.

Dr. Lexus Drakeford lives, works, and coaches in California. She’s available to travel for speaking engagements throughout the United States and abroad.
